My Approach

I believe you are magnificent! No two people are alike—the glorious shape of their bodies, the ways they think, the smells they love, the tastes they crave, and the things that make their hearts catch fire. So, of course, the support you want for making healthy changes in your life, cleaning up your food choices, aligning with your true nature, and supporting your well-being with herbal remedies and aromatic treasures should be designed just for you.

That’s where I come in! As a holistic practitioner, I believe that you are the sum of your parts—your soul, your physical body, your lived experiences, your dearest dreams, your heartbreaks, and your hopes for the future—and my purpose is to help you nourish those parts. Listening deeply to my clients’ goals and concerns to create personalized plans for meaningful shifts is what I love to do.

Hi, I’m Brooke Lancaster.

I’m glad you’re here! So, a bit about me . . . I have an abiding love for all creatures, iced lavender oatmilk lattes, ghost stories, and British murder mysteries. I’m devoted to living a cruelty-free life—to me, that means choosing whole-food/plant-based nutrition; seeking out ethical lifestyle brands; and promoting compassion, freedom of expression, and intentional ways of being that do not contribute to the suffering of other creatures. In my practice and my daily life, I also embrace the healing magic of herbs, flowers, plants, and essential oils. When I am out of balance, my favorite remedies include standing outside in the wind, gazing at my trees, partaking of my herbal tinctures, or intuiting ritual scent blends and botanical creations.

After spending 25 years as an editor and writer in science, education, and medical communications, I’m thrilled to use my passions for clean nutrition, personal development, mind/body connection, and woo to help people heal and thrive. I’m also an actor and model, and I live in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area with my husband and our animal family of 5 cats and 1 dog (and the wild kitties and opossums we feed on porch).

My deep pleasure is weaving together practical and magical tools to help folks live with intention, health, strength, joy, and purpose. And I believe that despite our world’s current signs to the contrary, love conquers all.
